EXPO 

Come be part of L'Étape San Antonio by Tour de France in 2023, the greatest cycling
event in Texas! L’Etape San Antonio will be running from April 14-16 in 2023, coming off
a monumental success in 2022 with close to 2,500 cyclists we hope to break the 3,000
barrier in 2023.

 

Partnering with San Antonio Sports on the larger Fit Fest we expect close to 25,000 attendees over the entire weekend.

Expo details 

L’Étape San Antonio by Tour de France is a mass participation event focused on bringing a stage of the Tour de France to Texas. The Village is the hub for the entire weekend, package pickup, kids race, awards, 5k/10k run, beer mile, and the start/finish all take place at the Athletes Village. The Athletes Village is located at University of Texas San Antonio campus.
 
Over the weekend, there will be close to 25,000 participants, spectators, officials, volunteers, and casual sports enthusiasts attending the Athletes Village.

ELECTRICITY—$100                                            

Exhibitors can rent one (1) 15 amp hook-up if power is needed. Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own extension cords. We recommend bringing NO LESS than 100 feet of extension cording.

CANOPY—$250                                            

Canopies are outdoor type only, 10 ft x 10 ft, includes set up and tear down.

UNCOVERED TABLE—$25                                         

8ft and 6ft tables are available to rent.

TABLE COVER—$15                                         

plastic table covers are available if needed.
